Foundation Youth Soccer Development
Where the love of the game begins.
Foundation is where players build the technical habits and love for the game that everything else is built on. Fun, structured sessions in small groups with age-appropriate coaching.
Every session is intentional and led by coaches trained in the Apex methodology. Your child will be challenged, supported, and — most importantly — they will not want to leave the pitch.
Elevate Competitive Training
The bridge to elite.
Elevate is for players who are serious about improving and ready for higher training intensity. Sessions focus on technical development and football IQ.
Players receive progress reports, written feedback, and are evaluated at key points throughout the season. Movement to Summit is always possible when a player demonstrates readiness.

Summit exists for players who demonstrate elite technical ability, mental readiness, and the commitment to meet the full demands of high-performance training.
Direct coaching from Coach Siamak, priority access to Feyenoord and FTF Canada partnership events, mandatory at-home training, and goal-setting meetings twice per year.

Placements are honest. Movement is fluid.
Not every player starts at the top — and that's okay. Players are placed based on readiness, not politics. Evaluations happen throughout the season, and movement between tiers is always possible when a player demonstrates growth, consistency, and commitment.
